Ordering from Pevora is simple and designed to feel effortless. Explore our collection, choose the item that best suits your pet’s lifestyle, and add it to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, where you can enter your delivery and payment details. After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a Pevora email with your order number and all relevant information. We want every step of your experience to feel smooth and transparent, so if you face any issues, our support team will guide you through the process without hesitation.
A: We accept common payment options including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), debit cards, and in many cases digital payment methods or cash-on-delivery where supported.
Product photos show the item as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting or device screen differences.
You can update your billing address during checkout or by editing it in your account settings. If the order is already placed, contact customer support immediately to update it before processing.
If your order has not shipped, we can try to modify or cancel it. Once it ships, it cannot be changed. You may request a return after receiving the item.
